TMC File..can anyone help?

After fitting an amp'd aerial from Harry the TMC is still not setting and just keeps searching for stations...

Noticed this when I pressed TMC help:
i18n/hlp _settingtmc _ stations . xhtm
Can anyone help, please?

Paul has got a dedicated Tmc amp and aerial,
It's picking up radio frequencies fine now but when it scans it finds radio stations but all display no Tmc data.
When the help button is pressed it displays the error message that Paul describes:}

Hi Paul,

Just make a copy of your card into a folder on your Pc first.
Then go back to the card and make the changes.
If it doesn't work you can just reformat the card and copy and paste your Pc backup onto it again:}
