Nocturne 260 SE

Thought I'd better say hello over here since we have added 'Dory' the nocturne 260 SE to the fleet!

Well I came in excitedly thinking I'was answering a "seen you" post only to find it wasn't a WAS-THis-YOU post but a Brother post :)or maybe I should say Sister post :)

I've only ever come across a260 in Belgium I think it was and a ZTT

It's nice to see another :):D:bowdown:

Unfortunately My health means I'm about to change car as I can't get in to her very well until I get my knees replaced and repaired but I cant face getting rid of her so will be investing in a car cover and hopefully get around to the full wash and Blow dry followed by copious amounts of Polishing treatments and general all over pampering bringing her back up to scratch as My health or I should say Knee problems as Health sounds a bit too dramatic have meant I've neglected her a little.

Hopefully once I have brought her back to tip top condition we can get them together at some point :)

Oh and congrats, Very Nice too :) Nice Name, what number is she?

Nick

It be #338 Nick, the first of just 5 Nocturne V8's worldwide, and the only other UK RHD model listed apart from yours (#339 I take it?) which came off the line exactly 35 minutes and 49 seconds later :cool2:

Hello!!

I was wondering when the other one would pop up :D

Would love to see some more pictures of yours. Sorry to hear about your knee problems. Hopefully you can get back to full health and enjoy the V8. Will defo want to get them together.

I don't have many online tbh...I had big ideas about going to shows etc...but work allways got in the way with working 12 hr shifts, and now I'm off work it's hard work getting in and out of the car :/

Once I get the new car I'm hoping to be able to concentrate on one bit at a time and get her looking her best again. Need to source a new leather interior too at some point but being out of work long term has put that on hold.... it's only the drivers seat ghats suffering with the usual, but mine is excessive due to the way I have to get in and out at the moment :( once it had started I gave up worrying as it would need replacing anyway....

Does anyone actually repair interior leathers? ? Now I have the time I really fancy getting into that game as a hobby?? God knows why but I'm attracted to a heavy duty sewing machine lol but I digress lol :)

I'll post some if I find some next week. .out for steak at the moment and feeling 'rude'lol......
