Sony remote.
 

I have just bought a Sony kd49xd7005bu tv and am trying to figure it out. A you tube video showing how to use it, shows the man speaking in to the remote to change features. My remote does not have this feature, do I have to buy another remote?. Also, I like to have the subtitles on all the time, it seems I have to activate them for each programme, can I turn this feature on permanently?. Thanks, John.
