Help required. Need Master Brake Cylinder Repair Kit or New Brake Cylinder

Hi. Please help. MOT is due this month. Rover currently in a garage in N. Ireland having a pre-MOT check. (You cant get MOT in N Ireland if you dont live there - Got to book an appointment at a Govt MOT station.
Anyway Brakes went while driving to garage!
Garage identified brake fluid leaking into master brake cylinder, but Rimmers/Europarts etc no longer stock either a repair kit or a complete cylinder. Garage have advised they won't fit s/h part, but even so I can't find the correct matching item on eBay.
Please any suggestions? - I need buy & take the part(s) over to Ireland - I'm currently in Brighton.
Rover 2005 Diesel 2.0 CDTi Connoisseur.

The eBay item is ‘used’.

Rimmers say “ZT all models except diesel” and “R75 - 2500 & V8”

I’m sure the diesel version is a different part number. I’ll see if I can find it.

Edit: I believe the part number for the diesel is SJC100410.

Thanks but need still need help.

Thanks for your responses & suggestions to date. However, I have done my homework & confirm there are currently only 2x brake master cylinders (MBCs) advertised on eBay, both are second hand - so the garage my car is in won't touch/fit either one. Also I'm unsure of the actual unit/part number I'm searching for.
My garage phoned Rimmers & even asked for a repair kit, but the sales asst said they'd been out of stock for ages. They confirmed the master brake cylinder they have in stock only fits the models described in the thread above - not my diesel CDTi. (I understand the CDTi has a different MBCylinder to the Rover Diesel CD - but I'm unsure.)
PLEASE - Does anyone know of other dealers/garages/spares shops in the UK I could contact in order to track down a repair kit or even a new full MBCylinder unit?
Seems crazy that the car could be rendered u/s because I can't find this part!!

Ricky, I don't understand what you're experiencing here.

What does "brakes went" mean please? Did the pedal reach the floor with no braking performance at all? What is the fluid level in the reservoir?

Secondly, how can brake fluid leak into the master cylinder? I cannot make sense of the diagnosis at the moment so hope you can explain!

Simon

Allbrit seem to show five different items, although there are no part numbers and no distinction between them.

New master cylinder can be acquired from many places, either the original I think is Valeo, and other plastic ones branded by LUK and Delphi. I replaced mine with a metal one.

As Arctic said Best of British have genuine ones £180, Rimmers also £200.

Do not be duped by "genuine and OE" that are metal, that is horse doo doo.

I paid about £65 for a steel one from XPart.

I think the genuine ones are pre filled, I pre filled the one I bought, the slave was pre filled, just plugged them in and hey presto, no bleeding.
