Sunblind Motor Wanted

As title, working sunblind motor wanted.

There's a complete blind on eBay for £30 but the seller can't confirm it works and I'd rather just replace the motor anyway.

Postage to Belfast, which will cost the same as to anywhere in England or Wales if royal mail, my hermes or collect plus is used :)

Are you sure its the motor and not the gearbox??

Well, it hasn't got a motor on it so I was kind of assuming that the previous owner removed it to try and fix or replace it but never got round to it.

I suppose the possibility that the gearbox might be done as well makes the plan to just buy a motor slightly riskier.

:)

go for a full drive assembly and cover the bases.... the offer of a full unit for 30 sounds like a good one and will leave you with spare parts...

Thanks Klarzy, I've taken your advice and bought the one off eBay.

If a mod could amend the title accordingly that would be great.

:)

Just gonna revisit this to say thanks again to Klarzy.

He was right - the gears were gone not the motor - if he hadn't posted I'd have still had a broken rear blind :bowdown:

As it is, I have a working one, a spare motor and a spare blind.

Gotta love this place sometimes :}
