Navall Star OBD11 Setup
 

Can anyone provide detailed instructions for how to set up the OBD11 using a mobile phone on the Naval Star? Thank you.

you would connect the head unit to the internet, download TORQUE from google play, thats if you want to put it on the head unit.
if you want the OBD via a phone you download the TORQUE APP.
If like me you have an i Phone, need to find an App in i Tunes that will work.
