And I bet there will be a "backlash" !!!!!!

Mickyboy 24th April 2017 17:16

Typical Chinese can't even copy something without messing it up  I hate it!!!

Phill_190 24th April 2017 17:30

Its fine as I dont really consider these new cars MG's to be honest!

Dallas 24th April 2017 18:00

I like it :D I bet the new badge wont deface itself.

Seriously though, its will just make the old MG's even older, a class of their own sporting the old original badge.

Shao Jingfeng, the chief designer: I don't want our cars to look angry with this badge, I want to make it look more like a friend.

Badge designs come and go, but this isn't a change, it's a joke.

If it's not an octogon it's not a real Mg.

victorgte 24th April 2017 18:38

Makes an obvious difference between the MG we all know and the MG someone else is creating. Octagonal badge snobbery will rise and thrive. Not such a bad idea in my opinion so just let them do it.

MatP2 24th April 2017 21:06

They're not real MGs, so I don't care.

charlie 22 24th April 2017 21:13

I did the poll on the link and voted no to liking it. But tte the results might suprise you 60% voted they like the new design and 40% said they did not.
