Do not forget to put your clocks forward 1 hour tonight.

Do not forget to adjust your clocks and watches tonight.

One good thing we will have an extra hour of daylight in the evening, extra Nevving time for me.

Thanks for the reminder. Completely forgot about this. I've started my detail on the diesel so will do some more tomorrow.

I can't wait for British Summer Time to start, as I absolutely hate GMT and the dark nights.

VVC-Geeza 25th March 2017 22:16

And lets hope they stay forward this time instead of this unpopular silly outdated ritual of moving them back making winter nights seem even longer. :(

My colleague at work was relieved that I had got it right, when I took over from him this morning.

I don't see how it makes much difference what we do with the clocks, there's still only the same amount of sunlight!

Quite correct, but surely we should have the clocks set at a time we can use it, (our leisure time, which for most is in the evening) rather than it be light at 4 am in the Summer, when most of us are trying to sleep.

Jim Jamieson 26th March 2017 15:19

I had to move mine forward two hours.

All times are GMT. The time now is 10:44.
