MG ZT-T - boot dimensions

Apols if I'm not looking in the right place, have tried searching:

Can anyone tell me what the interior dimenions are for the Tourer?
Is there a weight limit for the roof load?

Incidentally, would also be interested in the performance figures (0-60 and 30-50mph etc)?

Useable boot floor space in the tourer is roughly 1m square...(Edit) If you put the seats down you have about 1.8 m square iirc..

0-60 times

These figures are based on the Rover 75 at launch, quoted in Rover Group publication no 5646. Those for the MG ZT won't be a million miles different.

0-60 times (secs)

1.8 (Not turbo) manual 10.9, auto 12.3
2.0 V6 manual 9.6, auto 10.8
2.5 V6 manual 8.2, auto 8.9
2.0 CDT manual 11.0, auto 12.3

Roof load for the saloon was quoted at 80Kg, so I would suspect similar for the tourer/ZT-T.

boot space is big and bigger with the seats down

dont have proper figures but i have managed to get a 4 hob cooker with head height grill in when the seats were down boot fully shut, so lots of room

Quite. I have delivered ours and my parents white goods in my tourer. Washing machine/tumble drier goes in without putting the seats down and the door closes. You will find you have to break some of the packaging off around the top to get it under the roof beam, but it goes.

Thanks for the info guys.

I was after precise cm measurements - if they exist?!?

I have a cabinet that I want my Dad to collect (from memory its 80cm x 40cm x aprox 100cm). Was wondering/hoping it would go inside the car - as It might be too heavy for the roof - and would certainly be more 'iffy' for a 160 mile journey!

Not to worry if the numbers are not out there, I`ll get my Dad to do the measurements....
