Tourer rear window sills cleaned up.
As most tourer owners will know the rear window rubber inserts tend to weather and look tarnished.
I decided to try a scratch remover paste on a microfibre cloth and it is quite difficult to remove the tarnishing. This seemed to work really well and after an application of plastic trim shine the rubber inserts look almost as good as new. Inserts part way through an application of scratch remover paste, lefthand side done, righthand side still to do. http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...e.jpg~original Rear window finished with an application of plastic trim shine. http://i1152.photobucket.com/albums/...h.jpg~original |
Which trim shine did you use? :)
