Navteq V7 ?? help

Hi can someone please help.
My 75 has a Becker DTM high speed 7918 that was fitted when it was a dealer demonstrator.
I want to update to the latest UK disc which I believe is V7 (version 7 ???).
Is this correct ? Where can I get one ?

V7 seems to be the last for that model, I presume you are after something like this
