Accessing wiring in roof

I want to fit a dashcam up by the rear-view mirror, and I’ve been told there’s a switched live wire going to the rain sensor that I can use.

What’s the best way to access it please? Does it come up the A pillar and along the top of the screen?

Or is there another switched live in the roof light cluster?
