I'm going to keep this listing fairly brief, this car has recently come into my possession with the only problem being the clutch master cylinder failing, I decided to have this replaced, with a Tazu master cylinder kit and sell the car on complete, rather than break it.

I have the new keepers slip, logbook should be here soon with any luck, but obviously a full written receipt will be given along with the green slip to whoever buys it.

2004 on a 54 plate. Tempest Grey/X-Power Grey (paint code is LEF) all panels seem to be in order, a few of the usual little car park marks, nothing to worry about. Could probably do with a proper wash and polish, I will do this if I get the time! Overall condition inside and out I would describe as very good.

Main points to mention are:

Contemporary SE spec, so full black leather, electric, memory, heated etc. Black oak dash, Harman Kardon speakers and sub, Starspoke wheels, does have the drivers intelligence pack, but the reversing sensors have been removed as a replacement rear bumper was fitted. The rest of the spec you can see from the photos I think.

Seats are in great condition, tiny bit of wear on the drivers bolster as you will see in the pics, but not a lot at all and I'm sure it could be easily dyed to bring them back to near perfect condition.

Aftermarket stainless steel rear silencer and twin tailpipes, actually look and sound pretty good! Not too loud or boy racer like, just give a nice exhaust note when you put your put down and a subtle little burble on tickover ;)

Fan is fully working, cuts in at what seems like the right point when the car is left to idle for a while once it's reached running temperature. Also cuts in when air con is switched on.

Mileage is a fraction under 75k

MOT until 09/10/2015

Receipts that came with the car show:

clutch and slave cylinder done in 2013 at 44k miles

head gasket, timing belt and aux belts done in 2010 at 36k miles

plenty of other bits and bobs such as various gaskets, servicing items etc, it seems to have been a very well looked after car!

I've driven the car personally for about 150 miles now, about 60 of those were before the master cylinder was changed, the rest were after. It runs sweet as a nut, nice and smooth both on tickover and through all of the gears across the rev range. Temperature remains steady, clutch now feels lovely, no slip or judder. Can't detect any untoward noises, rattles, clunks or anything at all untoward. Steering and brakes are nice and tight and solid, handles nicely.

Comes with two fully working keys.

The ONLY problem I have come across so far is that there is an airbag light on, which as you all know is most likely to be the usual suspects of under seat connectors! ;) Oh, and the IPK has a few lines, but nothing major and this can be repaired by several people on here.

Other than the airbag warning light, can't see any reason this wouldn't go through another MOT when the time comes.

I'll give it a few days on here then I'll be putting it up on eBay and the likes for around the £1200 mark.

If anybody here wants it, the price will be £995

Currently located at CB9, near Haverhill, but happy to discuss delivery for the right price should it be required ;)

You got it up on a thread?

Now on eBay for £1195, thought there might be a bit more interest?

Oh, and I've sorted the airbag light, as I suspected it was the connectors under the seats. Unplugged and plugged back in a few times, along with a good squirt of Ambersil and problem solved ;)

If it had parking sensors, I would be very tempted - LOVE the colour

Parking sensors I can arrange! It did have them but the rear bumper was replaced. I have plenty of sensors, holders, control boxes and looms that can be added to the sale ;)

No cruise control? I am visiting Diss in Suffolk this weekend and would be tempted to have a butchers.
