Have you managed to source the elements yet?
I am also looking into doing this along with the cruise control. Might as well get all the buttons on the panel working!!

It will be a few weeks before I start working on it in any detail but if you havn't pushed on with it by then we will be able to share resources and gained knowledge!
Fairly sure a member has already done this, I think I came across a thread when I was looking for info on retrofitting the memory seats.
