Won't be the cam sensor because as soon as the engine starts the ECM ignores it until the next start.

Kissy do the engine revs drop as you come to a stop and then recover or does the engine continue at the lower revs after the car has come to a stop?

If it is the former then nothing to worry about.

If the latter then maybe a sticky EGR valve? Worth giving it a clean out.
