The system was flushed a couple of times, I no doubt could have been more thorough. The sump pan was also replaced due to damage so all the goo collected there has gone. Blown hoses showed no sign of mayo.

Ok, great, this is excellent news and a confirmed diagnosis I see. Nice I didn't see the automatic HGF message.

Will order a new gasket for inlet tomorrow, any particular are preferred ?
