Had this with two different Freelanders both of which had the TD4 engine and it was dirty injectors. A dose of Forte injector cleaner sorted it on both occasions.

I know you have fitted new injectors, but you may have a problem with one of them.

The M47R engine itself is pretty much bulletproof - mine has now done over 423k miles, and the valve seals, rings and turbo seals are untouched and haven't worn out yet, so if your car has been regularly serviced they should be fine.
