this morning i cleaned the alloy i used a wire bush then wiped the alloy with a cloth then i sprayed the alloy with primer 3 times allowing each coat to dry then i had some under sealer which is thick painted this on then reinflated the tire then inflated to 40psi tested the tire with water and there were no leeks
so it looks like it has worked only time will tell
