Very sorry to hear the latest development; I fear you may be in a catch 22 situation.

You might want to look again at my post no. 7.

If you can find any reason (as you may already have done) to hold onto your licence; then give that your full consideration.

Getting a medically revoked licence re-issued, is very time consuming.
