The DMGRS ones have DMGRS stamped on them.
The Chinese ones have a picture of an elephant on them. The SAIC ones pictured in this thread have MG on them and are referred to as Chinese ones if they don't have an elephant on them then it looks like there are two types of Chinese ones.
