The thread was removed at the request of the Op in a PM to me. This I did. I'm sorry to say that due to all other PM's I did not get around to post this info onto the forum.

I had asked him for some more information regarding the offer, and that the Team would look into it. His response was to ask for the thread to be removed.

His offer had not been refused.
