The problem with the kit above is, first you need to remove the old rivnut, this can deform the hole, you can try and tighten it up with the tool they supply which is basically a bolt through a tube, the poor metal of the bolt if you over tighten it then it will shear off, seen it happen at the meets.
You would be better purchasing this kit below, and if you attend meets you could help others with their lights, at least you could try to tighten the existing rivnut to see if it will grip and not turn that is if you can also get the old bolt out do to rust.

The kit is not that much more than the small one which is no good in my opinion.
