Hi.
Yes indeed some "hash" can radiate to Band 3 and will cause glitches. One of the issues of course is those window aerials that will pick all this hash from anything connected to the fag lighter socket.
Ideally you need a roof mounted proper Dab Band 3 aerial. This improves the signal to noise ratio and also due to the screening of the roof will cure the issue.
