Ahem. Going out on limb here, but I would be surprised if this car has got two heaters. If you have warm air, the heater works. If you have warm air in only one side, you have a problem with the mixing of cold and warm. Stuck flap valve, stuffed electric motor or rad-weld in the head
But what do I know??
