That was my first though but it still offered me options when I was traveling at 70mph on a couple of occasions. As you say if you are doing 15mph on a motorway it does not take much logic to realise there is a problem but not at 70mph.
Could it be the RDS system or those blue boxes that monitor traffic flow.
Something is triggering it and it was not my mobile and I don't think it was WIFI.
