If you're watching Freeview, you won't get the benefit of 4K or HDR, as there are currently no broadcasts in either 4K or HDR.

Best bet is to search on Youtube for 4K videos, or sign up to Netflix or Amazon Video, as both services have a limited range of films and TV programmes in 4K (aka UHD) and HDR.
