The trouble is you can print many items but the mechanical properties will be nothing like the original intent and strength.
There are probably 50 different kinds of plastics used on the 75 alone amd you would be lucky if 3d printing is suitable for anything other than simple interior trims, even then these are specified and tested for safety in accidents.

I would not use them for anything other than prototyping for demonstration processes.
