The front and rear toe settings and the thrust angle were actually within the MGR specs before the adjustment. The individual wheels weren't exactly half the totals specified so they've tried to equalise them, but it's not essential. However, they haven't locked the steering wheel to the dead ahead position before conducting the work. Basically, they've missed out the important initial step that makes the car comfortable to drive - the position of the steering wheel.
