Hello again Derek,
Further information has now come to light and your best bet is to ask your local garage to follow Stocktake's advice which is: - Check using a gauge that the fuel pressure at the Schrader valve during cranking is 3.5 bar.
- If it is low, lift the fuel filter (below rear seat, passenger side) and turn clockwise to tighten. Do not dismantle the fuel filter canister.
- Obtain and fit the "orange" fuel filter clip for future security.
- If the engine doesn't start now, let us know.
