In the London area I receive all the freeview channels with no problem provided that the supplied aerial is in the front or rear window area or, better still, on the roof. I would not expect to receive as good a signal in the boot! I hope that members are right when they say the signal will be
boosted countrywide when the time comes but it seems to me that the obvious place for the aerial is on the roof. There must be some suitable ones out there surely and fitting one would be quite simple by way of the rear interior light. After the first week you wouldn't even notice it.
