Thank you for your replies and feedback. Hopefully Hans or Kiwi can help with a circuit diagram of the real time clock.
Having owned an R50 Mini with MkIV sat nav it's a nice feature when using sat nav to have estimated time of arrival.
Look forward to hearing more on this topic.
