Some work i helped with, some of it is done without me there. My friend/mechanic is very picky about quality so when possible the part are OEM/original MG Rover. Also no drops on oilfilter.
The V is perfectly dry and no signs of a leak there (or anywhere for the matter). I dont know if the IM had been removed but if it was the correct torques were probably used because i know he knows those kind of things by head as an ex-mgRover dealer mechanic.
I ve been observing here for weeks now. Checking the coolant every day (also when the car is standing for a week or so). I top up to just below the MAX step. The word MAX is not covered by coolant.
Temp stays perfect between 89 and 92,93. When standing still it move slowly to 100 then fan kicks in and brings it down.
