Default Failed MOT - Front Suspension arm rubber bush

I had MOT done today in Souls MK on my KV6 2.0Petrol and unfortunately they failed me on on:
1. Nearside Front Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.3)
2. Rear and Front Direction indicators incorrect colour (bulbs not that orange anymore)

I decided not to have immediately replaced and go back to them next week pending your advice.

I have been quoted £200 for fixing 1 & 2 (thus passing my mot).

Could you please advise me whether I should replace only one bush or should I replace n/s and o/s at the same time. Should I use the standard (supplied by the garage) or get the powerflex ones (they last for years - so I've heard...? You reckon that £200 for replacing one bush is a fair charge and also how can i check that there is something wrong with the bush in the first place??? (not that I don't trust the garage - just want to know I am not being ripped off!)
Please advise on what you think?
