I hope you have both added some grease to the inside of the cap or the thread on the valve, these can and do weld together due to the chemical reaction of the two metals, my son had the same problem he tried to add air to his tyres one day and none of the caps would come off seized completely he had to have all the valves cut off and then had to have all new ones fitted expensive caps £40 lighter after the tyre place sorted it out for him, so please be aware  |
