Hello everyone,

I'm hoping that someone may be able to recommend a suitable solution to upgrade my 75's stereo. I'm in the process of replacing the car's headlining and am looking to put a dash cam / rear-facing camera while I'm at it, so I've begun to wonder if I can upgrade the single DIN Sony DAB radio to a double DIN unit with all the bells and whistles.

Ideally, I'd like:

-Front / Rear cameras
-DAB
-Android
-Sat Nav
-Emphasis on quality audio

Does what I'm asking for exist? I'd be grateful for any input from someone who is up to speed with such things :-D
