Not very good pics, but it was an unusual and interesting job we did with the Gurkha Engineers. An old ships anchor had been found on the bottom in Stanley Harbour and we were tasked to recover it.

The wooden anti-roll bar had rotted away, and museum staff identified it as a pre 1805 anchor. There was no report of an anchor having been lost, so it could have been there for anything up to two hundred years. The Gurkha Engineers took it away for preservation, then it was presented to the Stanley Museum.
