You have to use the original plastic parts from your car. so first you remove the gaiter from your car, then rip off the leather from the plactic trim. It's only held on with glue so you should be able to get it off in one piece.

have a look at the replacement to see the fitting and then when your ready you can glue your new leather gaiter to the plastic.

I used an araldite type of glue as it left some movement whilst fitting to allow me to get it right. Then I used a load of elastic bands to keep it in place whilst it glued.
