Is it possible to make and run a VPN yourself or would a person need to use one of the many that`s advertised on the WWW with a Monthly fee?
I have looked up quite a fair amount about VPN`s but they were mainly how to set up your router and still need a third party server?
Does your speed suffer using a VPN too ?
