Basically if you can almost see all of those 2 little ridges to where they join the bottom of the Tank below the filler cap, it's full.

Thanks Bill,thats where the levels been for the last 10 months,when I checked it today all I could see was the bottom of the tank !!
Fingers crossed the mayo is just from short runs and the coolant loss is from the worn rings on the cap which I have just remembered I have 2 new ones sat in the cupboard.
