Advise the dealer of the faults and decide what you want to do. Be firm with the dealer as you have legal rights that the dealer cannot take away.
Sold as seen is not a legal get out for the dealer, your legal right are just that and trump any claims the dealer tries to make regarding your liability for the faults on this car.
Personal I would reject the car and ask for my old car back plus the additional cash and look for something near home.

I would definately agree with this.
Dealers cannot use 'sold as seen' as a private seller may do.
You have quite a list of faults there & why should you pay for them !!
