Default Balance control on Harmony Stereo

Bit of a random question this one, but one I need to know whether there is a balance control for the speakers on the factory stereo I got for my 75. I need a tape player with a balance control as I listen to mono tapes of interviews, and one speaker has the time constantly being read out loud, so the balance allows me to effectively switch this off. Most old stereos have this feature. Need to know before I have someone fit the stereo for me. Thanks in advance.
