Noise behind the dash...
I read a post the other day about a noise behind the dash which people commonly thought was coming from the clock.. Guess what. I've got a noise that sounds like a rattle coming from the clock, but I cant find the thread. Any ideas guys??

No it wasn't that one but as I have the center consul out at the minute, (removed carpets to dry after blocked plenum drains) I will look to check the pipework and wiring. I know a pcb (printed circuit board) but what is the BCU??

I have a flappy noise behind my dash when say ive set the climate control to 24 degrees and then i turn it down to 21 its starts flapping on the passenger side, i think its the flaps connected to the blend motor not sure if thats the same sound, sounds like theres a bird flying behind the dash.

It sounds like the cabin flaps to me.
A bit of lithium grease would sort it. http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=121399
