Default Power supply for freeview tuner

I have installed a freeview tuner which is working well but it is live as soon as the ignition switch is moved to position 1. This is not ideal so I wonder if there is a 12v+ supply to the TV tuner module in the boot which is only live when 'Television' is selected on the screen? This would be ideal, especially if it could supply 2 amps without the need of a relay. Any pointers please?

Default

The TV tuner is always on once ignition is put to switch position 1,
this is required for the Graphics output etc.
If only Sat Nav is wired up then it uses its own Graphics, otherwise when TV Tuner is wired in as part of system it uses that.
