Default cruise control

Why do you want cruise. My Rover is my first car with it and I never use it due to the frequent need to brake/accel on British motorways. Might be useful on interstate highways but not here in my opinion.

rov9575, perhaps its the roads i use and the times i travel or the speeds i travel at that allow me to keep a constant speed.

I use my cruise control to help me keep to the speed limit and not exceed it, so i can move my leg about on long journeys, so i can keep a constant speed, so i dont have to worry about speed cameras.

It would be a diesel, no idea if wiring is there. Is there a rule of thumb to say if wiring would be there or not?

It's one of the few things that I miss on Ed!

He may get it retro-fitted next year If I keep him!

If the smaller of these two connectors is found behind the panel where the heated seat switches are, then you've got the wiring and should find the larger of these two connectors behind the glove box. You'll then need the ECU, main switch and the steering wheel controls, after which virtually plug and play.
