![]() For sale my Rover 75.
It was registered as a connoisseur and has been upgraded by me to SE spec. It is a diesel automatic with 96,311 miles. MOT Until 31st August 2014 (yes more than a year) The exterior colour is Monogram Chatsworth Supertallic The interior is Monogram Aubergine leather, an early example with the embossed headrests. This was fitted by me at great expense. Electric rear blind, cruise, heated memory seats, illuminated vanity mirrors, 4x electric windows, auto dipping rear view mirror, rain sensor, message centre IPK and climate. There are two keys. Since buying the car in December 2011 with 86,500 miles, it has had the following, mostly with receipts.... Front and rear discs and pads and brake fluid Filterless PCV filter and housing 3 oil changes Terraclean new auxilary drive belts Air and Pollen filter 1 month ago 4 wheel laser alignment with printout gearbox oil change using genuine mgr oil suspension top mount bearings intercooler viton seals modified fan resistor brake pedal rubber genuine brand new aubergine mats genuine new rear number plate light brand new IPK A/C regassed There are many other things done that I cannot remember now. The car also has a 160bhp remap with the dyno printout to prove it. The cat has been removed and the EGR valve cleaned and disconnected. The boot leaks have been fixed and the plenums modified to prevent blocking. The car has been T4'd by Marinabrian and there are no known faults. The problems, The bodywork is in poor condition, every panel has a dent, scratch, poor paint match or all three. The car has been a cat D write off, confirmed by an HPI check. It would appear that the car has been hit in the drivers side rear quarter and a replacement rear quarter has been fitted. It is where the paintwork is the worst. Rear parking sensors work intermittently Radio works intermittently Needed the drivers sill welding for the last MOT, which has just had a plate welded over the top. Not a great job but with the body as it was there was little point spending on a fancy repair. So what is this car going to cost? £500 There is no tax as the car is SORN, so you cannot road test either. Many a member will testify to the drive quality of the car as no expense has been spared on maintenance of the engine, gearbox or axles. Please don't make me any silly offers, the asking price is a bargain and I won't take a penny less. I know what the parts are worth and could easily make the asking price by breaking the car and weighing in what is left. I would rather that the car went to someone who needed it and got more use, as bodywork aside it is in perfect condition and has many more miles in it. Please send me a PM if you would like to know anything else, or if you would like to come and see the car.
