I would say so, should clean up well, the leak could be a thermostat?

Definitely a PPD car, I would say on a T reg, Cowley built. Yes it will need work, and as long as you are prepared for a big spend,
Has no MOT and last test had advisories: Advisory notice item(s) Nearside Rear coil spring corroded (2.4.C.1b) Offside Rear coil spring corroded (2.4.C.1b) Offside Inner Front Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2) Windscreen has damage to an area less than a 40mm circle outside zone 'A' (8.3.1d) Plus belts should be done, whilst at it get water pump and thermostat, plus set some aside for other possible items, Vis Motors, Manifold Issues etc To someone it will make a great project, to you? looking at all your recent posts.... I would say go for what you originally wanted, a Diesel Auto
