Default Xbox 360, one up for Mac owners

Here is an odity
Microsoft seem to have shot themselves in the foot
If I take a bog standard 250GB USB Drive formatted using NTFS and plonk some Videos on it the Xbox 360 can not see it

If I format it as Mac OS Extended (HFS+) it work fine

Doh!

Macs can't see NTFS formatted drives without third party software.
Paragon, NTFS for Mac OS X 6.0 is one example. Also produced for Linux.

GG I think you got the wrong end of the stick.

The XBox 360 couldn't see the NTFS device.

I do not get the wrong end of the stick. Just added info for Mac users. Perhaps if I had added the caveat "either" it would have more sense.
