Breakfast Refund at the Premier Inn

Now hear this !

For those of you who stayed at the Premier inn you will already know that there was no hot breakfast available due to a problem with the kitchen and that the continental breakfast was the only available option.

This would not have been so bad had the service and availablity of advertised items for the continental breakfast been spot on but you will know that that was not the case.

No croisssants, porridge, other items constantly running low or out such as cereal dishes, clean spoons, yoghurts, fresh fruit, orange juice, even water for the tea, which was the last straw for me.

Anyway to cut a long story short the manageress on duty this Monday morning acknowledged the problem and said that she hadnt realised it was so bad until i raised it with her.

It was not just me but almost everone that was having breakfast complaining in the end so she has agreed to refund the cost of breakfast for both mornings and at £5.25 per head I will be getting £21 back.

I was one of the last of our members to leave the hotel so most of you will not know about this refund offer but whether you stayed just on the Saturday or the Sunday aswell you should be entitled to a refund if you contact the hotel and give your room number. They already have your card numbers from initial payment of the bill so will refund directly onto your card.

We were told by GG and Juergen about the kitchen problems, when we were at the Royal Oak Dinner. When we got back to the Hotel on Saturday night, we asked the lady at the front desk to cancel our contie breakfast reservation for Sunday morning and refund us, which she did on the spot and with a nice smile

Yes I got £15.00 Refunded (had paid for the Full Job) for my Missed Breakfasts straight away with a Receipt put onto my table in Room.
