Question disc changer

hi again folks, can anyone tell me if there is a lead to enable me to take the disc changer out of my glove box and put it in the boot, i know its handy in the glovebox but i really like to have the glove box for all my bits and pieces,

I have one that fits the Phillips/Sony multichanger, and it's unused.
