Default Electrics by-pass relay

Collecting together the bits to fit the towbar to my 75 saloon.

What bypass relay would people suggest so that the trailer lights don't mess with the cars bulb failure warning system ?

cant answer that but consider having the rear fog lights on the car disconnect when the trailer/caravan is connected.

Mine is a TEB7AS worked fine but sounder for flasher is very poor due to sound insulation, you can barely hear it.
I'm just about to re fit this into my V6

As for rear fog lights this would only be a problem if you actually had to use them whilst the caravan was hitched.

Since they were introduced back in the late 70's I think I've used them twice in earnest. Obviously we get much better weather up hear in Scotland.

Any normal relays should work fine, providing a source is found for the main supply. Your best bet though is the all singing and dancing proper unit designed for the job.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
